DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.

I Bought some articles and received totally wrong order (different products in sizes that didn't even fit me). Fine mistakes happen. The issues started when I contacted customer service. THE WORST customer service I have had from a guy called LUCAS. They didn't help me with the return label, they didn't help to schedule a pick up. Ended up losing the return window and products I can't even use because they don't fit me.

Silly me, decided to buy again because I wanted / needed the products. Out of the 3, ONLY ONE ARRIVED. So far I have I have paid over €250 for one bathing short. I have no hope they will help me again so AVOID AT ALL COST.

I am not dissatisfied because a mistake…

I am not dissatisfied because a mistake happened — mistakes can happen.
I am dissatisfied because after receiving an incorrectly labelled product (wrong size), customer service kept redirecting me and failed to properly handle the issue.
I was unable to return a clearly non-conforming item without being asked to pay for the return myself.
The problem is not the product error, but the poor post-purchase support.

Worst quality out of the surf brands

Worst quality out of the surf brands. Bought a faulty product that broke in 1 month and Quiksilver refuse to honour any warranty claims.

I'm sticking to Patagonia for my surf and sand gear: better quality, better customer support, and better for the environment than this big conglomerate.
