TERRIBLE!! DON'T BUY DRESSES FROM HERE. I bought 2 quinceañera dresses for my twin daughters. The dresses sent to me looked nothing like the picture that Hugh sent me. She guaranteed me high quality, the dresses are the complete opposite! She was very quick to respond to messages before purchasing but she has ignored all my messages after I received the dresses, I was keeping in touch with her via what's app, I can see her online totally ignoring my messages! I spend $730.00 for these dresses the party is soon and I'm stuck with horrible dresses! (I wanted to post pictures but it doesn't have the option)

Like someone said there very good at answering questions but when u go and pay they send you a message saying they want more money cause the sizes are for small girls. I'm going based on the measurements but apparently there not correct and the price is wrong. The dress was 97 . 48 and I'll of a sudden I have the lady grace saying that no the price is wrong and that I have to pay more... This online store is a scam don't do the same mistake I did. My gut told me something was wrong and I still did it.

I ordered two little girl dresses and they called me requesting that I should pay $40 extra for fabric and beading for the dresses, I didn't pay right away and they kept calling me to pay the extra $40. I got both dresses and on one of the dresses some beading was missing on one side I emailed them if they could send the beading since it was their mistake, I was told to pay $15 for shipping absolutely not! They should have inspected the dress before shipping, when I told them I was not gonna pay the extra $15 i got no response after that. Next thing is I have the beadings shipped to my house and was charged $80 never did I give them the green light to go ahead and charge my card for $80 for beading that is just ridiculous! I have also emailed them twice and they have not responded, when they were so quick at answering any questions! What made them think that if I did not want to pay $15 I was gonna want to pay $80?!? the only positive thing I do have to say is the dresses were nice but I will not be buying from them again or recommend them to anyone!!

The only reason I'm giving this company a 1 is because I have to. They were all happy to answer my questions BEFORE I ordered the dress. The dress did come but it had a yellow stain on it, the bodice was sewn crookedly, and the beads were falling off the dress. I took it to a local tailor and they said they only thing to do is to remake the dress. I put in a refund or remake request to the company and they have totally been ignoring me. I emailed them repeatedly but nothing in response.

So far they haven't done anything except ignore me. So now I have a dress that can't be worn and still need to find a wedding dress. Completely avoid this company. The only thing they will offer is a 'big discount on the next purchase'. Needless to say, I will NOT be making a repeat purchase.

I ordered my sweet sixteen dress here and was extremely happy about it. the quality was great and it came an entire month earlier then expected. Also all my questions were answered almost immediately over email. Overall this site had amazing service and I highly recommend it.
