Where do I even begin with this place
Where do I even begin with this place. Depositing takes seconds but withdrawing takes an eternity. I requested $750 over two weeks ago and the status has not changed once. They clearly hope you will get frustrated and just keep playing instead of cashing out. The support agents are polite, I will give them that. But politeness does not help when they cannot actually do anything. Every request gets escalated to a team that apparently does not exist because I never hear back from them. The only positive thing I can say is that they taught me to always read the terms first.

I have been patient, I have contacted support multiple times, and nothing has changed. I won a decent amount and immediately requested a withdrawal. 23 days later I am still waiting. The chat agent told me there is a queue and they process in order. How is a 23-day queue acceptable in any industry? I accepted a bonus without fully reading the terms, which is my fault. But the terms are deliberately written to be confusing. After wagering over $1500 I still had not cleared the requirement. When I asked support to explain the math, they could not give me a straight answer. Two months wasted. Lesson learned the hard way.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would without hesitation. Session timeouts happen every 20 minutes even when I am actively playing. Each time I have to log back in and navigate back to where I was. It interrupts the experience constantly and makes longer sessions impossible. I tried to withdraw $100 and was told I needed to verify my identity first. Fair enough. Sent my passport, utility bill, and bank statement. A week later they said the utility bill was not recent enough. Sent a new one. Another week of silence. Stay far away unless you enjoy frustration, empty promises, and unanswered support tickets.
