Delicious and a full sensory experience
I love the fresh flavours of your teas. Absolutely love the personal touch of a handwritten postcard too and the sample tea you sent me was delicious and I’ll definitely be ordering more. The Earl Grey is my favourite but the mint tea took me straight back to my holiday in Marakesh. Much smoother taste than the regular minty tea I buy. Loved it. Thank you for turning my regular cuppa into something which feels decadent and a little moment of escape.

A beautiful tea experience
I was delivered a beautiful imperial earl grey tea, which smells and tastes divine. I also received a hand written postcard and a free sample teabag. I had a slight issue with the QR code, and someone phoned me to help. Fantastic customer service and a high quality product. I can't recommend Quinteassential enough.

Love Tales of the Orient!
I'm a big fan of Quinteassential, especially their Tales of the Orient tea which I have every single evening to wind down. Recently I ordered some tea and got an email saying that their online store was closed for a week, and once I received my parcel they'd included a box of another tea for me to try. I also love the hand written cards. Great customer service and I will be returning!

The Cleanse tea is wonderful but ordered two weeks ago and still waiting. Even though have revived numerous emails thanking for the order, order is despatched and now this review request. Please - where is my Cleanse Tea???

Tales of the Orient
I have tried many teas from Quinteassential. I ordered Tales of the Orient this time. I scanned the QR code on the box and the music transported me to an amazing place. I felt like I was on an adventure watching the video and listening to the music made me very calm. What a luxury experience. The tea tastes amazing. Service and delivery time were very quick.

Absolutely delicious tea
Absolutely delicious tea. Earl grey is my favourite which I normally drink with milk but this one is just better without. You can definitely taste a good quality tea. Amazing smell, Lovely packaging too.
Fast delivery and the price is amazing, actually I shouldn’t say this but I expected it to be more expensive. I would definitely recommend to all tea lovers.

Product not delivered
I’m sorry to write a negative review but I ordered some delicious Earl Grey tea (this product is super - yummy) and despite being charged and being told it’s arrived it hasn’t. I reached out to the company but the upshot was that it has been delivered as far as they can see (which it hasn’t) and I need to contact Royal Mail myself. No replacement - really, really disappointed :(

We use Royal Mail tracked delivery service, to provide delivery information and peace of mind to our customers. As part of this service, the item is shown as delivered, along with a geolocation stamp of your address to confirm the delivery location.
We appreciate that the article cannot be found, it’s possible that the issue may have occurred during the final stage of delivery; hence why we recommended reaching out to your local postman, as they may be able to provide more details and help resolve the matter quickly.
Unfortunately, as the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered, we aren’t able to take this matter up with Royal Mail.
In saying this, we pride ourselves in providing superior service, matching our wonderful products, and as a gesture of goodwill we have dispatched a replacement for you to enjoy.
