I ordered shoes over 3 months ago. They never sent them but tried to say they were delivered. I have cameras up in my driveway, nothing was delivered. They would not tell me who the mail courier was so I could contact them. They said they would resend them, but again, no deliveries but told me it was delivered.
They offered a refund at this point but did not send that either. This company will take your money and ghost you.

I saw an ad that looked like a sale of Life is Good t-shirts so I made a purchase in June. I never received the product. I emailed for a refund and they said they'd resend it. BS - nothing ever showed up. Now I am told it will take 15-25 days to receive a refund (not 100% of course). I'm sure this is a major scam and I will be contacting the authorities.

Scammed, site spoofed to lead me to believe I was ordering from landsend.com. Never received merchandise. Bogus tracking number and no carrier information provided.

I would give zero stars if it would let me. This company scammed me, leading me to believe I was ordering from life is good. No email confirmation, charge on credit card does not match company name and still have not received any part of my order. Buyers beware of these SCAMMERS!
