They wanted to charge 600 euros for 20cent worth of issue

After 3 years of use, our Quooker randomly stopped working. I searched online and found that multiple people have experienced the same issue after 2–3 years of use. The problem is caused by the ring you use, which has a magnet inside that becomes rusty—even if you clean the tap every single day. This is a design flaw, because you shouldn’t use non-stainless materials in a tap.
What’s worse is that even after I explained the issue to them and pointed out that it could be fixed simply by replacing the magnet, they wanted to charge me €600.
Instead, I loosened the ring (a small push with a screwdriver is enough), removed the rusty magnet, ordered a replacement magnet for 20 cents, and installed it myself. That solved the problem.

The service was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely polite.
He quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently.
I am very satisfied with the Quooker service.

Quooker NOT Repairable NOT Sustainable in 2026!

Great product when it's all shiny and new and works well, then life is great. When it breaks down, GOOD LUCK! Our Quooker kitchen mixer began leaking well before it should have, according to the manufacturer's lifespan promise. It cannot be repaired or fixed in 2025!
More landfill...NO SUSTAINABILITY.
So the game of 'ridiculously expensive to replace' begins...and not only, but your Quooker model is no longer made in the same chrome finish, so you have to then decide whether to buy AGAIN the whole twin tap setup (QUOOKER RIP OFF!). So have decided to keep the Quooker boiling tap but replace Kitchen Mixer with a similar metal finish - NOT Quooker!

Overrated and overpriced

Overrated and overpriced. If you enjoy getting second degree burns then this is the product for you. It’s a glitchy and dangerous faucet. It’s very difficult to get the right setting for hot vs cold vs sparkling water. Poor design. It’s impossible to return and it was absolute nightmare to have it installed. Be prepared to lose significant storage space under your sink area.

€1000 product failed after 5 years

Product failed after 5 years. After much hounding we get an offer of a "reduced price" tap replacement at €300 + €110 to install – simply not acceptable under the notion of Reasonable Durability. Difficult to contact customer service. Poor experience.

Quooker products are not sustainable

Quooker products are not sustainable. We have always cleaned our Quooker Fusion Square with a dry cloth, but the lever still becomes increasingly stiff until it freezes. And it looks like I'm not the only one who suffers from this. A new tap every six years is not okay. And our cube (first generation) spontaneously broke down after four years. It turns out that I am not the only one who suffers from this. The crane and cube were replaced under goodwill, resulting in a bill of 860 euros. 860 euros every 5 years because Quooker products break down is not what you expect from an A-brand.

Nice tab (when it works), but service... not so much (update 2)

Bought a new kitchen from a good kitchen vendor (Bruynzeel) 2.5 years ago. We added a Quooker as well. And of course it breaks 0.5 year after the warranty has passed. Water is now flooding into my kitchen closet and that has taken water damage. Bruynzeel came the next day, but since it's the Quooker part that's broken they would have to ask them to come. I got an email from quooker few days later after and even then I reacted immediately as they needed more information. However, after few days of silence I had to initiate the progression on this myself. As if paying €1500 for this "luxury" water tab wasn't enough just few months passed the warranty they ask me to pay another €140 to get this fixed.

The expected 10-15 year lifespan for this water tab is a joke. For a water tap that costs €1500 I expect better service to be honest, specially so close to it's warranty.

On top of that they just told me they will come in about 2 weeks. So sorry sir, you'll have to deal with your leakage for 2 weeks.

I send my requested contact information. But they can't do anything. All they said was I see you got an appointment already. Which is something I already mentioned in my review... After replying they send my email to customer service (the same department my complaint is about that made the appointment). Any the latest email I received from them was lets wait until after the mechanic has come to resolve the issue in 2 weeks. Hope afterwards we can come to a better arrangement...

The mechanic has come and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and experienced worker. He concluded that the initially offered solution by Quooker (buy a new set and do it yourself) would not have resolved the issue. So luckily I did not accept that solution. He resolved it fairly quick by replacing an internal part that was broken and should not have been broken under current circumstances. The mechanic knew about this trustpilot review and also explained that if I signed his work I would agree to the €110 worker fee. But also if I did not sign it the company would need to be contacted. I did not sign off on his work and the same day (25 March) I emailed them telling what the conclusion was ect. They emailed me right back saying they seen the results of the mechanic. Acknowledged the first solution was indeed faulty and also told me no invoice would come my way in the end, thus providing the whole service for free, which looks good on them! Thank you.

Of course too bad about the kitchen closet having water damage, but we'll deal with that in some other way. All in all I updated this review score and this matter is now resolved.

I can't reach to service center during 1 week.

My quooker doesn't boil at all and even the warm water doesn't come out. And quooker water reservoir leaks.. I wrote several times to service contact form and no reply. I called to service department.. but just wasted my time.. nobody received for 40 minutes. And now... I decided to detatch my quooker due to their very bad service.

Quooker NL service is a rip-off and the claim that a Quooker will last 15 years is a joke

I am really unhappy with the service at Quooker NL
I had a bad experience in August of 2021. In the end I had replaced the internals of the Quooker, replaced the tap and replace the cap of the Quooker. All at my cost. That is effectively the whole Quooker except the housing.
Having had effectively the same starting problem which is the Quooker doesn't produce boiling water I found out that it was the magnet that calls the boiling water that was burnt out. It is a very small part attached to the internals.
I asked Quooker NL for the spare part - they declined and want to send me the full internals again for 180 euro plus transport!
The poor service person who had to tell me the bad news was mortified at the decision of his manager. I am now an expert in servicing the Quooker and there is no Quooker representation here in Cyprus so they have me over a very expensive barrel and it sucks.

Quooker appalling

Yes it gives sparkling water along Hot water but it breaks often - and the customer service is impossible to deal with. I mean the UK support is appalling! I wish there will be some decent competition soon and I will change it in a second.

The boiling tap keeps stopping?

The boiling tap keeps stopping?? We only just had it fitted but quite often the red light disappears and we have no hot water?!? Paying this price it should work seamlesly??

Poor service from Quooker

Our Quooker starts to leak and it is nearly 3 years old. Quooker offered a refurbished Reservoir with the condition that I send our Quooker back that we paid full so that they can use the parts for their own good. My Kitchen is damaged because of the water leak and the cost are more then Eur 1000. You should expect a little bit more service than just this. I have to sent my own Quooker back so that they can take advantage of it. For me as client rest only cost and damaged.

I like it a lot

In the beginning sometimes it would be flashing (requiring a reset) which was really annoying but now I have had it two years and *knock on wood* it does not require resetting as often. I am thinking about adding the cold tap function to free up cold water container space in my fridge!

Amazing product

Amazing product! I hope it will last for a long time since it’s not cheap but the sparkling / filtered cold water and boiling water combination is incredible! We love it!!
