Company Seems Fraudulent
I paid $102.49 for four puzzles, intending them as a gift to my daughter for her birthday. The email informing me that my order had shipped included my home address as shipping address, as I had intended. After receiving no package, I sent an inquiry to their customer service. They sent a reply one day later stating that my package had been delivered. There was a screenshot that indicated the package was delivered to a parcel locker, but included no information about where this parcel locker was located. I replied immediately that I had received no notification about the delivery, and sensing that I was being scammed, asked that my payment be refunded. They replied:
"Hello. We have complained to the logistics company about this situation. The logistics company is investigating. It will take some time to deal with it
We are very sorry for the inconvenience." (I added punctuation).
I never heard back from them.

Received within a week. Great quality, very well made. I ordered the small ones, perfect size for framing if you so wish. Very challenging, but so enjoy doing them. Such a shame they are closing down. Would love more.

They reply to revies on here being all positive and helpful, when in reality they're not.
If I could upload screenshots I happily would.
Not replied to emails after a few days, but replied to my last review.
They'll send the wrong sizes and claim they're correct. Although the puzzles are nice, so I wish they'd rectify my money or the correct sized puzzles.
Just avoid wasting money on their "closing down sale" that has been happening for a few years :).

High quality jigsaws at bargain prices
With all the negative reviews I was fearing the worst and nearly went to my bank to report a scam and request a refund. However my fears were unfounded. Delivery was quick and communication from the company by email was excellent. 7 high quality jigsaws for under £50. Can’t complain about that!

Dropshipping without any concern to customers protecting laws.
Do not buy anything here, unless you want to get scammed.
For the Netherlands it's mandatory to have a phonenumber, address and KVK number visible at your site. Non of that is present. Even from abroad, atleast an address should be present and you need to make clear you aren't based in the Netherlands. Also failed for that test.
It's a scam. It's Chinese dropshipping ar way higher prices then the products actually costs.

The one problem we had was one of the puzzles did not come in the right box and I have been reaching out the company through email and no one contacts me back. Should have been listed as a children’s puzzle
My husband got me 2 of these puzzles for Christmas and today I finally had the chance to sit down and do the fish puzzle. The box does not tell you how many pieces are in the puzzle but if I had to hazard a guess I’d say around 160. That being said the puzzle took me roughly an hour and that’s with getting up several times to let my dog in and out.
While I love the vibrant colors and odd shapes it made it way too easy to figure out, the moment you pick up a piece there is absolutely no guess work on where said piece goes. Definitely not a puzzle for adults; unless you like super easy puzzles that you can finish in an hour.
The other issue is that the pieces are all way too loose, even after the entire puzzle is put together. Oh and shipping, well he ordered it for Christmas and it came a week later, about 5 weeks after he ordered it. I was excited when the puzzles came but definitely disappointed to have finished it so quickly. One good thing though, being a wooden puzzle there is absolutely no “puzzle dust” that you would get from regular cardboard type puzzles.

If I could give zero stars I would. No wonder they are going out of business. Don’t fall for their sales. The paint/ image came off of the first puzzle we worked while putting it together! Horrible customer service. Well, no customer service, except to tell you they will do nothing.

Previously wrote about my very bad experience with them (you can check it out earlier, Nov 2024) hey replied promising that they will help but they never provided email address or contact info so I wrote to the email provided on the website attaching a screenshot of what they promised no one replied since then and they still send around offers for Christmas and advertisement! how rude and unprofessional! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Scam company!
Scam company!! Ordered $145 worth of puzzles in September. They didn't arrive. When I requested a refund, they stated "We have complained to the logistics company about this situation
The logistics company is investigating
It will take some time to deal with it
We are very sorry for the inconvenience."
They never responded to my second request for refund.
Update 1/4/25 - In response to this review, Quordle first offered to ship the puzzles. I requested a full refund, then they offered 10% refund + the shipment of the puzzles. When I requested a full refund for the 5th time (total), they complied. I received a full refund mid December.

I would give less than one star if it were possible. Order placed in May 2024 and here we are in early December and nothing has arrived. Emails go unanswered and the last few attempts have just bounced back as undeliverable. AVOID! next job, speak to my credit card co. and try to get my money back...

They have had an ad on Instagram or Facebook For the past three years saying they are "closing" but they actually aren't. The puzzles are cheap and the customer service is nonexistent. The puzzles take weeks if not months to be delivered from China. Don't fall for the scam
