Good and not good
This is a well-stocked shop although it doesn't primarily to operate as a shop but as a privately-run school with a slight accent on quilting.
Walk-in customers are not really welcome. The first impressions are that 'you don't belong there'.
The 'shop' doesn't really cater for walk-in customers wanting needles or thread or accessories. Some of the shop staff are great: they are helpful and courteous. Others - around half - tend to be patronising, and snotty. For them, 'customers' are clearly an inconvenience that get in the way of attending to aspects of forthcoming training courses.
This establishment needs to make it clear whether it is a school or a shop, or BOTH.
The attitudes of staff also need to be addressed. Alienating a walk-in customer may mean they won't consider a dressmaking course.
