Rang me in regards to medical insurance. When I stated I already had a policy with someone else. The man on the phone swore down the phone at me and told me I have no jdea what I have bought, no idea what I am doing and put the phone down on me.

The advisor from quote-easy assisted me to the best of her ability , she also ensured i got my gift vouchers after a few payments from each referral i gave her :) Excellent service i am very satisfied with the customer service i received

These people call me everyday 3x a day. I told them to remove my number from their call sheet. Today this guy had an accent from either India or Pakistan and was arguing with me. I think that this was someone trying to scam me! I am so tired of the calls. And would give no star's if I could.

They keep calling as I didn't follow through with a policy they wanted to set up. They cold called me saying my life insurance wouldn't pay out and the kept emphasising this trying to scare me into changing my policies.
I've just had another call from them which is the 3rd this week with different advisors. They don't seem to know when no means no.
Any elderly people please be warned and get family advise as these are scare mongers.

Love how a friend or family member leaves a good review here!!! I genuinely thought “fonejacker” was doing a new TV series! I got the Mrs George version, (if you don’t know look it up) So obviously a cold caller with the amount of back ground noise in the boiler room! Didn’t know anything about me apart from my mobile number. I said I have a broker who I deal with, have life insurance, critical life insurances, income protection. Pension plan….she wasn’t having it! Middle life protection now…? The plan is to keep you on the phone to wear you down. The next policy would have been off plant Mars protection for the trip!! (was a 3 hr drive so why not.) After all this
“I need your bank account details!”
“Can you send me a policy schedule then?”
“My system is down??”
“But I can take down your bank details”
“Im driving on the motorway”
“Stop off the hard shoulder and give it to me then”

Sad how many vulnerable people fall for these cold call scams!

If this is regulated (as they say by the financial conduct industry) then that is all you need to know!

I received an unsolicited call using my name refering to an insurance policy, which I don't have. When I queried where they got this information,they just rang off. A return call verified the comany" Quote Easy". Subsequently I received a second call using the same jargon. I queried if they were Quote Easy and was advised that they were Search Life. After further probing it would appear if you show any interest you are passed to their supervisor which is Quote Easy. I consider this type of cold calling misleading and possibly fraudulent.

The first time they called I was in bed asleep after a 12 hour night shift. the person calling sounded like they were in a call centre with about 5000 other people, I couldn’t hear a word the woman was saying over the background noise. She put me through to a salesman. I told him I had been on nights and they asked when would be convenient to call back, I told them after 6pm they say office hours are 9-5. Next day they phone again whilst I’m sleeping. I tell them the same, they have just woken me up and I’m not interested. They tell me it will only take 5 minutes and start their sales script. The salesman says if I change my mind I only need to cancel the direct debit to cancel the policy, so I say whatever it takes to get him off the phone so I can go back to sleep. A couple of days later I cancelled the direct debit. Now I get endless phone calls and emails saying I owe £80 when the policy was only supposed to be £8 a month.

Keep getting bombarded with calls because i cancelled due to now being on benifits today 5 calls after each other told i need to pay 150 and exact words was i suggest you pay straight away ive phoned the insurance company i was with and was told they do not charge any fee quote easy is a scam will not be getting a penny out of me

Purchased a policy back in October 2022, cancelled recently as i found a better policy elsewhere, i have now been receiving calls from some ignorant woman with an attitude advising i will be getting sent an invoice for £250 and if i dont pay it it will effect my credit score. Note this company is part of Protect Select and im sure probably others, Avoid at all costs!!!

Seems I was lied about about my policy I took with this company, I was told I had full cover for accident and illness, after having multiple heart attacks was told by the company that it is not covered, tried to contact easy quote to discuss but the number on all there paperwork does not work. Total scam

As a Financial adviser and someone who works in life insurance their self, I can assure you this is not a legitimate company.
A plethora of red flags and very scripted.

They had cold called my co-worker, so I then rang them to investigate. Apparently they already had my details and started to confirm things about me and what I "enquired for", they then asked me for my personal details, I gave false details to play along (please never give anyone your personal details unless they already know who you are).

We then "checked my options" before any full underwriting.
They then said they were not an advised service, then later in the call they backtracked their statement, they than also told me I would speak to an FCA regulator to check my options. (this is not what an FCA regulator does by the way).
There was a short hold and then the same "advisor" proceeded to talk in a slightly different pitch of voice.

Please do not trust this company.

Never have I ever been spoken to more rudely by the caller, don’t how he’s working there. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I telephoned quote easy about a policy a week later I cancelled it 2 months later they sent me a invoice for £250 they did not mention there would be a cancellation fee I have passed it on to trading standards I am not paying the fee

Dreadful cold calling company who use illegal practices to sell insurance practices.

Rang me and said I had opted into receiving calls from them. Didn’t do so and told them this was a nuisance call. I told them not to call again, but doubt they got the message. Probably going to suffer more calls in the future.

I got an insurance with them and after finding something that suits me better, they got me 250£ cancelation fee... I was not informed of any of this! I wouldn't recommend them as they are lying and seem sneaky just to take as much money as possible.

Absolute scam of a company. Hard sell you into taking out a policy that is not fit for your requirements. No discussion of your actual needs. Took policy out after weeks of repeated cold call hard sell calls, to get them to go away. Upon cancelling the mis sold policy they are now trying to charge a cancellation fee. There is more chance a flock of elephants will fly past than I will pay this fee. The company engaged me, I dispute that I ever engaged them. Bank details etc that they may hold have all been changed so they will not be getting any further money from me!!!

Lots more reputable companies out there, so please please avoid this absolute shower...!!

They cold-called me while I was driving. Told them I was driving but they insisted to talk further and waited for an advisor for quite a while. Eventually, I was put through and I had a nice chat with the advisor but there were a few key items that I specifically asked for and after I got home and did a bit of digging I found out I was given false information. They would do and say anything to "hook" you not to mention they were more than happy to keep me on the phone while I was driving (I was on hands-free) so I would recommend staying away. They're calling me later today and I will ask them to "forget all my info" according to the GDPR regs. Doubt they have a policy but not my problem.
