Not good black box…

I am new with quote me happy and so far I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The black box is highly inaccurate and reports things such as distracted driving when I haven’t touched my phone, my phone bangs against the pocket door, and it marked me quite harshly. My driving has always been gold and my score dropped drastically. I spoke with Charly in customer services and he didn’t want to do anything regarding it and said it is what it is, I may just look for another insurance provider as I am highly disappointed with the service I pay an extortionate amount each month. I’m ready for my ai generated response too

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I was with quote me happy for a couple of years I had no problems with them, however I had no contact with them in the two years hence why i probably had no problems.
I renewed my policy with them for the third year a couple of weeks after my policy was cancelled. It was impossible to get in touch with them! And when I did they was not help ful at all. I did nothing wrong for my policy to be cancelled.
Therefore I would not recommend to ANYONE! I was there for 2 years before this happened so I would never trust this company!
Avoid at all costs it is awful. Awful customer service and service overall!!!

Poor customer service. Avoid.

Went through the process of providing the information to generate a quote and selecting add ons. When I then tried to purchase the policy I was unable to do so because the website didn't recognise my details (???), so I couldn't log in and at the same time didn't allow me to set up a new account (it just didn't go through). When I contacted customer service they were unhelpful: they asked the same question multiple times despite me providing a clear answer the first time, they asked me to try to set up an account with a different email address, and then they told me that they couldn't help me because I didn't have an active policy.
If this is how they treat you when you want to buy something from them, I imagine it is worse when you have a claim. Avoid.

Car renewal quote received by email and…

Car renewal quote received by email and delighted to find it had gone down from the previous year. Couldn’t find a better price anywhere else for the policy schedule & options I needed so renewed with them.
Renewal process was straightforward using the online site and access to all policy documents is simple.
