Sold me a policy and then the bank account took out double the amount ! Tried to cancel and then said I will be charged a large admin fee !! Am a single mum and told them I can’t afford it and they did not care !! I was miss sold the insurance and they just put in details themselves !!

Do not deal with this company go direct!! They do not care about you or your money !

After a long conversation with Joshua, which was like chatting to a long lost pal. I cannot praise enough the time put in to explaining everything in simple terms so I understood perfectly. Great customer service skills. Found me the best deal to suit my personal plan.

The agent that I have spoken to was very helpful,towards my need for a policy.He was so polite to me and respected the things in which I needed for myself and my family, if anything happens to me. He have me quats to what he thinks will be best for me and also for the affordable price of my choices. The thing he never did was to rush me,never got angry nor loose his temper nor use hash words and in the end I got the policy in which I needed, so if anyone ask me where can get an insurance policy so they can leave for there family ? I'll recommend them to the agent that help me out. Many thanks for the good job.
