Quras Digital Limited David Boss, still has 3 months of pending payments. I had a complete conversation with David Boss on WhatsApp, where he mentioned that he would clear my payment once he received funds. I have proof of this conversation, along with 3 months of work reports that clearly mention the work I completed and show that I performed my duties properly. I have already shared these reports with David Boss. However, even after seeing my messages, I have received no response. It has now been 4 months, and my payment has still not been cleared by David.

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with in over 20 years of business.

The company first met with us on 14 August 2024, where director David presented himself professionally and instilled confidence. He listened carefully to our requirements and assured us that nothing would be an issue, stating that the full website would be completed and live within nine weeks. Based on this assurance, we paid a £3,000 deposit to proceed with phase one.

David returned on 12 September 2024 to present the homepage design, which we were pleased with. Confident that the remainder of the website would meet the same standard, we made a further payment of £3,000 to proceed with phase two.

After this point, communication and progress deteriorated significantly. We heard nothing further until 19 February 2025. Even then, communication remained sporadic, with long periods of silence. Emails requesting updates and expressing concern about the lack of progress went unanswered.

Since then, we have made numerous attempts to contact the company by phone, email, and messaging, with little to no response or repeated excuses. As of January 2026 — 17 months after our initial payment — the website remains far from complete. We have now completely lost faith and trust in this company and do not wish to proceed with any further work.

As a result, we are having to pursue legal action to recover our payments. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think very carefully. You risk being left significantly out of pocket and spending months chasing progress that never materialises.
