Originally filed review on UK website because I received a request for a review, I believe. Now Uk replied sayings looks like you are in the US and go to US site. So I am copying my review here.
I used Qured...not QURED...when…
I used Qured...not QURED...when activating my kit. When I entered the code correctly it said the code already used. Signed into waiting room at 8:50 PM for 9:00 video appointment. Agent called at 9:00, told story, he said a supervisor would have to issue a new code and put me back in the waiting room. No one ever called back. Requested help from both plus one and plus 44 numbers. Never heard from help until today saying I had my certificate. Called help number multiple times... after 12 minutes voice said call back later. Kept trying. Then about 3:00 AM finally an agent answered..She found that my kit had been activated and supervised my test, had me send results and ID to results? Got certificate promptly. Spent six stressful hours because agent at 9:00 erred. Your support system evidently inadequately staffed. Order 54275...US? Got results about six hours before leaving for airport. Terrible night.
I will add that the agent who helped me gave me three things to write down.
