Unprofessional & Very bad letting agent!
Rented a 1 bed flat from this company. It's run by 1 woman who pretends to have many staff on payroll in order to shift her incompetence to someone else.
This landlord is without a doubt taking advantage of people who do not speak English! Who do not understand their rights !
Unfortunately this landlord came across me! Who having been a landlord myself , a long time ago, is well aware of the "housing act " and my right. Unlike most, I always read the terms & conditions.
This letting agent was unprofessional throughout my short tenancy!
I had no choice but to take her to The Property Redress Scheme (Ombudssman for housing) & Also report the property to the local council. Following their 2 inspections, the letting agent was served with" formal notice "to repair.
This landlord had to pay me compensation.
Do not rent from this company, its run someone who will try to take advantage of you and will try to keep all your deposit with fake expenses!
