the instruction manual was not described well bt it is not that difficult, customer service also was responsible only one thing and it is the quality of the material is not satisfied. in general, this product highly recommended.

We used Raambekleding to order Aluminium Blinds and Curtain rods for our house. Firstly, the service is really great. They have good knowledge and information about their products. We visited the shop in Eindhoven and the staff was very helpful with tips regarding the measurement and choices for blinds. We made the ordering online. The blinds we ordered were Label 65 and they are of very good quality. They were custom measured and cut very precise. Easy to install without much trouble and look very nice when they are installed. I think for the price the quality of the blinds is very good. We are very happy with the purchase and would recommend to atleast visit the shops and check for requirements.

Two comments:
1) I was surprised to find that I needed to cut the top guide as I'd already given exact measurements. It wasn't a problem for me as I have a chop saw, but if I'd had to cut this by hand it would have been a pain. Cutting on-site to the millimetre does mean you end up with a perfect fit, so it does make sense.
2) I nearly didn't order because of the three-week wait (at the time of ordering) which seemed a rather long wait for such a product.
That said, I'm very happy with my purchase, I can recommend.

The wrong size of screen has been delivered. And the insect screen has the damage. It is fine. There should be some damage on the product. It is possible wrong size could be delivered by mistake. The problem is I could not receive any feedback from the provider more than 20 days. I have ordered this product dated on 9th April. But I still do not have a proper screen. I do not believe it will take more than 2 months to receive proper product even I consider a strange circumstance.

Extremely professional service. The guy who came to install our blinds in Eindhoven was super nice, was speaking English and did a perfect job.

I do not recommend this company. Good product, - horrendous service. I have ordered their product, - wrong sizes. Very happy with making the use of "Past Altijd Garantie", but I have never received my blinds nor money back from them and I have been chasing for 8 weeks (already paid - more than EUR 1000) . Horrible service - they wont call back, no response, no resolution. => I do not recommend this company.

Very good advice over the phone and in the shop. Highly recommendable service! Products are great quality for a fair price.
