Pricing was great and cust service…
Pricing was great and customer service was second to none. An error was corrected immediately after delivery with a call back from them within minutes of sending an email to explain the problem. The product choice eliminates any of the jeopardy of going to the local DIY store to pick what they have available. The packaging the paint was delivered in was also extremely impressive!

Poor product quality & customer service
This is a review of Saty Clear Flat by Benjamin Moore. The quality of the finish is inconsistent and leaves milky appearance. For its price range, this product underperformes. And be aware, Benajamin Moore will accept it for testing, which will always result in your application, external condition or drying time to be the reason for its underperformance. They will also dispose of the product, no refund, no replacement. Very poor customer service.

Paint mixing problem
Ordered mixed Dulux trade paint in Blissful Blue. No problem with delivery but when using the paint a nightmare! I've no idea whether there is an issue with your mixing machine or just didn't mix it properly. When putting it on the wall I get crystals of purple which streak and took me twice the time to finish the customers job. Had to really roll it hard to mix the crystals into the paint. Not impressed probably lost a days work!
