OUTSTANDING!!!

I went to the shop yesterday with quite a complex and large order but forgot take my reading glasses. Mike was the gentleman who helped me, and his customer service, as well as him being friendly, professional and extremely helpful was above & beyond any expectations I could ever have as a customer of a retail company. It's very rare to meet somebody like Mike, who is passionate about the work they do and goes to extra lengths to make certain that the customer is satisfied... and I think that most people will agree that this is sadly lacking in today's consumer environment. I highly recommend Rabarts of Bath to anybody looking to decorate their house or business, as the products they sell are every bit as exceptional as the people selling them. I trust that this gentleman is recognized for his outstanding professionalism.

Great experience

Great service, very fast processing of the order despite long Easter weekend in between. Competitive price for the items too. Highly recommend.
