Expected more from the live casino area
My overall experience with Rabona was okay. Good platform, decent loading speed, and plenty of games. But I was a bit let down by the live casino. The game variety wasn’t as broad as I’d hoped, and some rooms felt a bit basic. Just thought the experience could be more similar to the real one.

Mostly excellent experience with Rabona but had one odds calculation issue...
Ninety-nine percent of bets settled correctly, but had one tennis bet where the odds changed oddly. Support fixed it after I contacted them. Casino games work perfectly and withdrawals take 3-4 days. Still very good overall.

Rabona is 100% legit but my verification was rather slow.
Everything works well now but my account verification took quite a few days to complete. Once approved, sports betting and casino both performed well. If Rabona pays attention to this, and offer faster onboarding, then it'd be 5 stars for sure.

1st time I didn't stress over my withdrawals

Customer service that actually solves problems

Funds received – withdrawal times need improvement, helpful support team
I requested a withdrawal and the funds were finally credited after 6 days, which caused me some concern as there was no clear update on the delay during that time.
That said, I have to mention that the Rabona support team was polite and responsive every time I reached out, even if they couldn’t always provide specific answers regarding the delay.
I appreciate that the funds were eventually paid out, but I’d like to see faster processing times and more transparency when delays occur.
If these areas improve, I’ll be happy to continue using the platform in the future. Ps. Special thanks to Aliki from support team was very helpful and polite!!
