don't try to play the deposit is easy, and they got a lot of options to deposit!
but when you win and try to withdraw, the drama will start! they told me you can't use the same card you deposited by to withdraw because your card doesn't support that!

I got an SMS about an automatically 100% risk free bet in Liverpool - Chelsea. The SMS did not tell or link to any special terms. After the bet was lost, they denied me a refund because they told the bet was with "enhanced odds", I did not even see that. If this did not qualify for the free bet, they must make it clear! This is the second time they find a stupid excuse to deny me refund or free bet. Do not trust Rabona.com, I have had enough!

I have used Rabona for some time. I was a valued VIP player with my own vip host here so I have a lot of experience. Rabona has some of the lowest withdrawal limits there is at casinos. It also takes days to accept a withdraw if you are not VIP.

If you have lost a lot and are a VIP with higher lvl and higher withdrawal limits, the one time you win big your VIP status will go down. This way the withdrawal limit you were promised as a VIP gets even lower.

I was a lvl 4 VIP, when I won a nice amount and wanted to cash out I could see that the VIP status had gone down in a few days because of «low acitivity» but when they have max withdraw of 500euro a day (lvl1 vip status) of course it will be some time without activity to take out the amounts.

Rabona and its sister casinos are some of the worst casinos out there. Only reason for it not to be a 1 star review is because they will after a LOOOONG time pay you out, and is therefore not a scam casino, even if its very close to one.

But I have never come across such an absurd fraudulent and lying site in my career...
Basically, the €500 daily payment limit is ridiculous and insulting compared to the several €10,000 deposits so far, but it's okay if you accept the worse than worse terms of use in Curacao....

I immediately contacted Rabona’s support, only to receive an unreal explanation. They claimed that my bets were placed on events where the outcome was already known — essentially accusing me of placing "late bets". This was simply impossible, especially when considering these were high-profile matches in La Liga and Turkish Super Lig, where live betting errors are highly unlikely.

After much back and forth, my account was finally reactivated. But there was another shocking discovery: my balance had been reduced by an additional amount of €725, as more bets from a week earlier were also voided without reason.

First I was send a email with a offer and it was for a deposit bonus and a additional 100 free spins that when i accepted i wasn't given it then when i talked to staff i then was only given the deposit match and not the spins and was told to lose my money then come ask for the rest of the bonus.
