I have never experienced any worse customer service than here, ever. I was asking various times for an invoice of my order since 1,5 months and did never receive any answer from the customer service until I started a chat today. The direct reply there was quite simple: they just won't send me an invoice.
What kind of a shady company is this, who can't offer their customers an invoice for what they've bought? What kind of a shady company doesn't answer their customers' requests for more than a month? I still wouldn't have any answer if I hadn't started the chat today...
And now the funniest part: when the chat was closed and I was asked to review the customer service, I wasn't able to post my bad review due to any kind of technical issues! I guess if my review had been a positive one, it would have worked quite well...

I'm trying to get an invoice for my order since over a month now and have sent multiple e-mails to the customer service, but haven't got any feedback apart from one e-mail in the beginning which included an answer to an even not asked question. The customer service is a disaster when they're not even able to answer an easy question: Where is my invoice and why won't you send it to me?

I ordered a sweater and made full payment on 11th November. Firstly, they made a mistake on the contact details and sent a response to the wrong email. Then they claimed they didn't have the colour I ordered (why did they have it as available on their web site?). They offered a full refund or a different colour with refund of 1/2 shipment fee.
I then received another email stating they could not give any refund and my order would be dispatched. This was in conflict with their first email as well as indicating "too bad we don't have the colour you ordered but we have taken your money and you just have to put up with it".
I wrote another email complaining about my experience and the confusion on 19th November. However, no response until now (25th November). Where is my product? Where is the refund of shipment fee you offered?
Will never order from them again.

I love my t-shirt. Great quality material. Size as expected (too many times t-shirt looks like they're made for child when you get them). Received order in phenomenal amount of time. Very happy!

My neighbor was at my house when I saw this T-shirt. I’m a 15 year breast cancer survivor and it’s almost Halloween so I ordered them for us. When they arrived they look even better than they did on my iPad. Love love these shirts. I will definitely order again from raccoontee again.

What a great site. Ordered a gnome October sweat shirt. Spot on the size. Being a robust Gal it fit great. So soft too. Great for fall weather. Will totally order again.

I got a sweater and tee from them and the only reason I'm putting 4 instead of 5 is because of how long it took, basically 2 months... although, the wait was worth it, I got the shirts and build quality and print quality are absolutely excellent, they sent me emails along the way apologizing for the wait and said it was because of the covid thing... either way once you get your shirts you won't be disappointed

My order doesn't exist and when I inquired about it I was given a 30% discount but they cut me off and disconnected the chat option before I could cancel. I've been waiting two months and it's been printing for 17 days. I want a refund for terrible service!

I ordered 2 shirts over a month ago one shirt was supposedly shipped 12 days ago and I still have not received it and the other shirt is supposed to be shipped in the next 5 days but I was told that by their recording 7 days ago. I cannot get in touch with anyone and when I try to send them an email it says I am not using the address I used for placing my order even though I am because it's the same one they sent the order confirmation to. If I ever get the shirts I ordered I will be amazed. at this point I very much believe I have been scammed out of my money by a company that has no intention of delivering the product that was promised. One of the worst buying experiences ever. Do not purchase anything from them.

Terrible customer service! Refuse to exchange or work with me on issue with shoes fitting poorly. Second item in my same order took much longer to receive and was incorrectly addressed. Thank goodness my local post office fixed their shipping error. Shoe money though is down the drain. COMPANY NOT RECOMMENDED

I appreciated that responded to my email promptly and efficiently. Corrected the error in my order ensuring that they understood the changes and confirming the changes all within 24 hours.
