Your company left me stranded roadside…
Your company left me stranded roadside of 8 hours in very hot temperatures with no water or food awaiting recovery. After 6 hours waiting you called to say you could help and I should organise my own recovery! I complained to your customer service department nearly three months ago for an apology and finally today you tell me that you will do nothing for me. Disgraceful company.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. After a breakdown near Valencia, our car was 'recovered' (confiscated) and taken to a depot. It was almost impossible to find out where it was; it had all our clothes, medicines and personal items in. They had no intention of taking it to a garage as we wanted, they said they 'couldn't find one'. When we eventually found the car, it had been left unlocked in a kind of scrap yard and had been broken into. Clothes and other items were stolen. We had to pay a 40€ bribe 'for storage' to get the keys back or pay 200€ to get it taken elsewhere - we took it ourselves!
Avoid RACE at all costs. Absolute crooks!
