I booked an hours testdrive at your offices, so that I could try some wheelbases before making a purchase. The lady (sorry can't remember her name) was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right wheel, base and a monitor stand. I'm new to the Sim world but she was very patient - talking me through fittings - I left fully prepared. The Simmagic gear is also great - beautifully packaged and easy to set up. Will return.

I’m very satisfied with the service. My steering wheel stopped connecting to the base. After sending the wheel back, no issue was found. I then sent the base, which turned out to be fine. After sending the wheel once again, a wireless fault was detected. Race Anywhere was very professional, refunded me for the unnecessary shipping costs, and replaced the wheel.
I’m very happy with the quality of the service, the speed, and the store itself.

Race Anywhere are an absolute pleasure to deal with, they are courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I have purchased all my Simagic items from them, of which there have been many, with all items well packaged and damaged free, personally I love the handwritten thank you notes that are always enclosed within the package. It's the little things that make the difference. I have no problem highly recommending this company.

Placed an order, Royal Fail had item for 12 days no movement. Contacted customer support and Katrina was on it straight away. Katrina noticed an item that I needed but hadn't ordered and advised me so. Katrina even amended order to suit new item and dispatched with much haste..
