Failure or Phishing
This company has either had some kind of huge marketing failure or its a sceptical way to get their database updated.
They emailed every user to say they've won a prize, but to claim you have to update your profile with all your personal data. 5 hours later they contact everyone saying 'sorry, there's been a mistake, have a discount'.
It could well just be a genuine error, but I don't believe that's the case. The email saying 'you're a winner' isn't addressed to an individual, it just says 'you're a winner'.
What an awful way to improve your marketing leads. I don't trust this company at all.

I've been receiving repeatedly aggressive emails from this business. I would like to clarify that everything I've written is true and accurate. Other people have posted similar. I will not be threatened, when I've done nothing wrong.

I'm just following up on my earlier email, I really hope that you've considered what I've said. Your review is untrue and unfair, and is seriously damaging our business. If we don't hear anything from you we'll be taking actions to remove your review from Trustpilot.

I can assure you that is not the case, we are a competition site hoping to reward real F1 fans with incredible prizes. I myself am an avid F1 fan who decided to launch this site because I would love to experience incredible F1 events and receive amazing signed merchandise (but can't afford it) and thought other F1 fans must want this also.
The company is only me, we have real winners, whose reviews you can find on here. We do not keep any data we do not require as per our privacy policy. I am truly sorry about this error.

Initial package was damaged by the courier. I got in contact with Raceday who quickly sorted out a replacement.
Things can go wrong for any company. How they deal with them tells you far more than when things go right. On that basis, I thoroughly recommend Raceday!
