Raceface tops the charts as the greediest MTB company

Raceface is the epitome of a greedy company that couldn’t care less about the needs of its customers. They care so little that the customer service emails are written by bots and they will not let you talk to a real person. I bought a pair of shorts off their site and when they arrived they were very obviously a different fit than advertised. They do offer returns, but for $10 after also making me pay for shipping. I tried to get a free return label from them because I can’t pay $20 for a faulty product that got returned. But I sent eight emails to them and it was the same automated response every time telling me they refused to grant a return on their shit product. And just to make it worse, Raceface is owned by Fox, so they damn well could spot ten bucks out of their multi million dollar fortune. I would highly advise not buying from them, but if you need one of their products, at least get it through a legit site like Cambria or Jenson.

Misleading service

I purchased the Turbine R30 front wheel early this year and waited to buy the rear wheel, hoping for Black Friday deals. For months, the website displayed the sale price with a "Notify when available" button. When I finally contacted them, they informed me the R30 was discontinued and suggested the Turbine as the closest match, promising to update the listing. However, they kept the sale price displayed and the Notify When Available.

When Black Friday arrived, they suddenly found R30 inventory and increased the price back to regular retail, while the Turbine wheels went on a modest sale. They refused to honour the previously advertised sale price. To make matters worse, the Turbine wheels sold out before Black Friday and won't be restocked until next year. Despite this, they still wouldn't offer any price adjustment on the R30s. I am pleased with my R30, but I will now be selling it so I can get a matched wheelset. Finally, after I ordered from another company, they put the wheel on sale.
