While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Sent the wrong part

Sent the wrong part, sent it back and had to chase the money for the part. PayPal resolution sorted it out, but out of pocket for the return delivery. Won’t use them again.

Worst online company ever!

Never going to contact these guys again. Promises promises, but that's where it ends. You ask a question and you get a reply 2 weeks later. You ask another question and you never hear of them again. Worst online company ever!

Top notch service !!!!

Top notch service !!!!

With a knowledgebase built up over many years working in various paddocks on a vast array of machines, there's not much that Mike can't solve !!!

From classics to modern day bikes RacesparesUK offer an impressive service ..... for 'hard to source' or 'off the shelf' parts it's a one stop shop !!!

ALWAYS my first (and usually my 'only' !!!) phone call when i need anything for my 1999 racebike

Parts, service, advice ..... ALL in one place .....

Perfection !!!

Waste of time, unprofessional handling of order (which never turned up!) 😤

When my order didn't turn up after 10 days, I contacted the company... The email was returned as the company does not monitor the email used for PayPal... Helpful..

After 14 days of no order, I call the company, who were not in the office so could not answer my query, while u professionally getting irate after I advised I needed this to be sorted due to the urgency. He agreed to call me first thing the next morning, when he was in the office

The next day, nothing...
I emailed them, which resulted in no response

Called 3x the next day (16 days missing order), where they finally called me back, and advised they don't know what's going on so sent a refund 😒

Thanks a bunch Race Spares UK; you wasted 2.5 weeks of my time, where I was trying to support small businesses, but yours is one I will warn people about, as your unprofessionalism has meant I am not able you get my bike ready for the hard deadline for a European trip.

** DO NOT RECOMMEND **
My issue mainly lies with the unprofessionalism with the company, not the fact they cannot get my parts to me
