I bought a tote bag, which was nothing like the photos on their Facebook page. It was absolute rubbish. I was told I could order a replacement item ibut would have to pay £9.95 postage from China or I could have a 10% refund. Having refused this offer, I was told I could return the item to a dodgy looking return address in CHINA at my expense, or have a 20% refund. I reported this to PayPal who, unbelievably sided with the seller!!! I am now appealing their decision and awaiting their reply.? New SCAM adverts are now appearing on Facebook

if I could give a minus I would. This is a fake set up. Posing as a local Bristol company - photos of two women on their Facebook, must be AI. Also fake information about a boutique in Bristol that has never existed - more AI. Fake story about moving out of their ‘boutique’ and selling off their stock. Shoes reduced from £70 to £30 (orthopaedic as well!). They actually come from China 3 weeks later. Were faulty on arrival. I was offered a replacement if I paid and extra €9.99 (euros??!) in shipping. Said I wanted a full refund, goods are faulty. Then they said I needed to return them to their ‘international’ warehouse in China. I said I’ve bought them from yourselves in Bristol not China, give me a UK returns address. They could not do this so then offered me 30% refund which is £9.00!! and said I could keep the faulty shoes. Eventually realised I’d been scammed!! I have raised this with my credit card company and I have reported their Facebook page for being a scam. Just look at the people who have liked their pictures - an handful of fake Asian
profile - no one from UK! Beware do not purchase anything from these immoral people.

This site doesn’t state that if you buy & need to return items due to being unsuitable - ie size, they only offer you 50.% of your expenditure!! Not a full refund! If you decide to send the items back you have to pay to send them back to CHINA !! You have to pay yourself for postage!! Out of pocket! Nowhere does it state goods are from China! Misleading! I unfortunately thought I was buying from a company in Bristol !!
