I made an order on 13 NOV, and received a confirmation email. There has been no communication at all. The order hasn't been fulfilled. I sent an email 18 NOV looking for an update. It's currently 20 NOV, and it's still crickets.

This is the worst company ever!!! I purchased Egyptian Musk on 6-8-24. Payment was made and withdrawn from my bank. I've sent 3 inquiries about the status of my order. No replies back. Tried calling. No response. I then requested to canceled my order! Nothing! I still as of today 7-23-2024 have not received an e-mails or a refund!!!
I advise anyone not to order from this company!!!

The items were advertised as ready to ship. However, at the one week mark my order was still listed as preparing. I reached out to the company on the eighth day asking for a status since I received an email asking me to rate my experience. I did not receive a written response, however my status was immediately changed to shipped. There was no tracking number provided or any additional info. It is now 12 days since placing the order and I have received additional emails asking me to rate the products which I still have not received. The business practices need to be adjusted to send the notifications after the customer receives the order and customer service should provide responses to customer emails. It looks a little suspect when the status is updated immediately after customer contact. I appreciate the effort but it seems disingenuous without providing additional information.

The Car air fresheners are so cute. Adds that little touch of luxury to my car. I just love stepping in and it smelling just like a new car. She also sent me an air freshener and it smells so good. I received the vanilla pineapple and let me just say I definitely recommend 10/10.

All of Rachel’s products I recommend, they last longer than retail products and they cost less !!! Her lotions and oils are made with a long lasting scent that will stay on for hours than normal perfume products . I love to wear the oils and perfume of the brand together to give it a long lasting scent since the retail perfume wears off quicker than Rachel’s oils.

If you not buying candles from Rachel's n more u wasting money on name brand candles this company have some best scents. I been a loyal customer since she began and they get better n better each shopping experience

Rachel's Baby Powder oils are absolutely amazing!!! You don't need a lot for it to scent the entire home.
