Having had a very poor service with another host, Fasthosts who have lots of five-star reviews on this site, I approached Rackcrate.
So far so good, the sales advisor has not been pushy and more importantly, they have been very open and honest about pricing. This is all a person wants - transparency in pricing.
I am in the process of transferring my website from Fasthosts to Rackcrate and will update my review in due course.
