Excellent service from start to finish.
Helpful with advice and options available, quick at quoting items required alongside easy payment system and payment options.
Delivery as promised on date given together with contact made about what time to expect delivery on date of delivery, which arrived as instructed.

We sold our pallet racking to Racking Systems, after a site survey a price was agreed and was paid promptly upon collection. No fuss, great guys to deal with.

Racking Experts bought our used pallet racking off us. This involved them coming to site and dismantling. We could not fault their service. Our invoice was paid very promptly before they arrived. They came out to our premises with all the correct paper work and had the racking down within minutes. They worked very fast and were extremely professional. They even drove back to base to bring back an angle grinder to cut down the screws in the ground. Would definitely recommend and use again. Communication was great through out the whole process. Thanks again.

I received excellent service from my first request for estimates right through to discussing my exact requirements, invoicing and delivery. I cannot imagine that there is any thing that they need to improve on.
When they delivered on the Saturday of the same week that they quoted I was not able to assist in anyway due to an operation - again no problem.

Rang the company to discuss our requirements, their sales manager visited our warehouse and measured the area and then advised us of the best way to get as many pallets spaces as possible, quote received same day very competitive on price so we issued a purchase order and within 3 days the racking was installed and fully operational, We would highly recommend this company.
