After experiencing the dreaded 'car not starting' on a bank holiday weekend. I purchased a battery through RAC's online store, and for a little more than what p&p would have cost I had it delivered, and fitted next day by a professional. Also plugged the car in to check for diagnostic faults, which most garages would charge upwards of 50pound extra. Can't fault it!

Was easy to find and choose the correct battery for my car, was plenty of choice for day and time for fitting the battery, the guy's that came and fitted the battery kept me updated as to when they would arrive, they were lovely and friendly, highly recommend using this service

I bought the Noco GB40, I was a little concerned reading the reviews, but people complain faster than their say good things.
I ordered on the Thursday, and DID NOT get a confirmation email, not a good feeling. However Tuesday (2 working days later) It arrived, both timely and in perfect condition. Given a fair 4 Stars based on price and service, the missing email and ability to track (which maybe in the missing email) is the only reason for NOT being the full 5 Starts

I got all the information I needed for driving in France plus the necessary kit required thanks to the RAC website!

Really pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of the mats for the car. They are an exact match & pile is high quality. Great purchase for car accessories at great prices. No need to shop about.

I bought a used Seat Arona FR sport and there were no mats .
Ordered from RAC shop , very goos quality , excellent price and qui k delivery , well packaged . I would definately use them again .

Very good service delivery quality items. Ordered the mats after pricing up originals from Vauxhall dealer. Items were of good quality and fit the car perfectly. Blue trim finishes off the mats and they really look good in place.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Ordered a roof rack, got delivered a steering wheel?? Contacted customer service who said it was their suppliers fault and provided details so they could arrange collection. A week later nothing, i chased again and they needed more info about the product they sent me in error, which was irrelevant, i just wanted it collected. they didn't bother to contact me to say they wanted more info, i had to chase. Blamed it on supplier, even though i purchased from RAC. Said they would get a collection, again no follow up i had to chase again. eventually told collection on Monday, didn't happen, i chased AGAIN. Suppliers fault and couriers fault, was told it would be re-arranged. No follow up AGAIN, so i have chased up again and still no collection booked. i have a product i didn't order, its been weeks and i have to chase constantly, no one there is taking responsibility. I will be taking to trading standards as you have taken my money and not delivered the product and are making no attempt to rectify the situation.

After making my purchase online I received received a message letting me know that product was not currently available. The email asking if I would like to be refunded or wait possibly up to 8 weeks, as I wasn’t in a rush I said I’d wait. My product arrived in less 1 week, correspondence and pricing was great - I’ll definitely be using them again.

Bought a Noco GB40 battery booster, it was at a lower price than any retailer and a name that is trustworthy, it arrived quickly . All in all a good experience, oh and the booster is good quality too.

Bought a battery online, only after purchase was it mentioned 4 hour time slots werent guarenteed and totally dependent on how busy patrols were that day. Only reason I purchased at the time was it suited my availability that day and wouldn’t have bothered if I knew beforehand. Updates were good throughout day and guys that turned up were good, however a little surprised they didn’t have the battery with them, had to go away to find one then came back with a different battery from the one I chose online, was advised the one online wasn’t suitable despite the website recommending the battery in the first place and I’ve no idea if it was of same quality, cheaper or how long warranty is on this battery. Apart from the updates and patrol that turned up, the experience was extremely poor and expected more from the RAC.

I was very happy with the help I got from Abbie @ RAC customer services as she was going to refund my item but as I replied quickly saying I was in no rush she has obviously managed to keep my order live and in doing so I have now received my item with the discount which was part of the reason I was happy to wait, thanks ever so much

I ordered a 038 battery on line from RAC shop, first time ive ever used it and it was delivered next day by my usual Evri driver, perfect, battery very well packed in a strong cardboard box clearly marked keep upright, wrapped in a sealed plastic bag protected by foam sponge, no damage or spillage, great service. I did wonder about ordering for home delivery by courier, but no worries at all as it happened. Good job by all involved.

I ordered some car mats and within a few days they were delivered. The service was very pleasant and efficient.
I chose the cheaper car mats but they are very nice and exceeded my expectations. I will certainly order from the RAC shop again
