Was approached for research and I had asked for more information to prove the legitemacy of the research as I was skeptical. I was promptly given links to the research and more information. Once accepted to be in research, an agent walked me through the process with explanations every step of the way. The research was also conducted in a similar manner and compensation was given as promised.

I was a participant in a focus group interview. From the initial call, the process was explained clearly and I was given an online account where I could keep track of my tasks and keep in touch with the team. The interviewer was very professional, questions were well thought of and structured, and we were listened to in a supportive, save environment. Payment arrived promptly on the day as promised. I would not hesitate to work with them again, very pleasant experience and interesting topic to work on.

I was recently a paid participant of market research to understand how neurodivergent individuals could be accommodated at all stages of the customer journey for a UK holiday company. The interview was really interesting and I was kept informed at all stages of the research what the next steps would be. I was paid the day I was told I would be paid, so I’m a happy participant! Would highly recommend anyone thinking of taking part, it’s really a interesting and rewarding experience.
