Our experience of Radiance Doors has been 100% good. We had patio doors fitted and a new bathroom window (in a difficult place to reach).

They were efficient, friendly and did an excellent job under some difficult circumstances. Any problems that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally. They were also made aware that our cats were house cats and were mindful about this whenever they had to go out.

They also did a very good job tidying up after themselves.

I can’t recommend the team at Radiance Doors enough. From start to finish on my job they have been brilliant and showed so much care throughout the process. I have spoken with Claire to change things / check things on numerous occasions and I feel like she can’t do enough for you to make sure your job is right. The quality on everything was amazing , the fitting was spot on but most of all the customer service is Outstanding. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for my windows and doors in future. After asking around for advice from family and friends I was put in touch with Richard and Claire at Radiance. I initially met them at their showrooms which was ideal to look through the various styles and options available, along with discussing the security and insulation aspects or their products. Richard then came to the house to get a full feel for it and the area I live. He came up with some great alternatives to how I had planned the changes and I’m so glad I did it this way. Everything was ordered with ease and it was so nice to not be pressured or upsold. Claire kept me up to date of insulation dates and how the work would be carried out. Even me changing a few things last minute she did this brilliantly for me. Tom and Danny arrived on the agreed day and confirmed the project before setting to work. They are so polite, tidy and really cared about every little detail. The finished product looks absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend them enough. The aftercare has been first class with all of the certificates arriving and followed up by Claire. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for all future products and will be passing their details on to my friends, family and colleges.

After Radiance doors replaced all of the windows and doors in our last house and did such a fantastic job in every respect, I have recommended them to friends and family who have all been very happy with their windows and doors too. So when we moved house recently Radiance doors were the obvious choice to change all of the windows and doors for us again.

As expected the prompt and professional service, attention to detail and outstanding focus on customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction with this brilliant family team.

Claire was our first point of contact and as ever was very helpful and knowledgable about each aspect of windows and doors and their services. Initially we weren’t quite sure what style of windows and doors we wanted, but nothing was too much trouble for Claire who arranged for Richard, her husband, to come out and visit us at home to discuss the different options available. Richard has many years of experience in the industry and his knowledge and appreciation of customers needs is outstanding. Richard was very attentive listening to our ideas and suggesting various products and designs. We spent sometime deciding what we wanted and both Claire and Richard were very helpful, patient and always available to discuss our ideas and give us some practical advice.

Once we decided what windows and doors we wanted we received a full specification and summary of all the order from Emma so that we could check it was exactly what we had discussed and make any amendments prior to the order being placed. Emma is another great team member who was always available to answer any queries we had and kept us informed of the progress of our order and arranged installation dates around our availability.

The windows and doors were fitted by Tom and Danny who were absolutely fantastic in every regard. The guys are very friendly, very clean and tidy and efficient in their work. I was really impressed by the standard of workmanship in both the removal of the old frames and the installation of the new. We had some brick work cut out to accommodate a bigger window in our dining room which Tom and Danny made a great job of. They always left each room spotless when they finished and each frame looks perfect in every respect both inside and out. We are very fussy about all aspects of work done to our home, but couldn't find any fault at all in their work, in fact they surpassed all of our expectations.

We had 9 windows, two doors and a set of patio doors fitted all of which are of top quality and perfect in every respect. We are absolutely delighted with our windows and doors and have had a number of enquiries from our neighbours.

I think we may have tested the patience of some companies, especially when we changed our mind about two windows after they had been fitted, but not a problem for Radiance, they just take any issues or problems in their stride and say; “Don’t worry, we’ll fix it”. They did just that and were very understanding, absolute professionals.

I can’t recommend Radiance highly enough and as mentioned I have recommended them to family and friends who have also been delighted with their work and service from start to finish.

This is a small family firm in Bury which prides itself for providing the level of service and quality they would expect as a family in their own homes. It is clear that each member of the team is highly committed to maintaining the very best standards in every respect of their business. We chose Radiance after getting to know Richard and Claire who are the loveliest, friendliest people you could wish to meet and I was so glad that the work that Radiance do it just a further extension of that. A quality company is one that treats its customers right when things aren’t 100% perfect, we had a couple of minor issues over the booking just due to resource constraints but the team made sure I was well looked after. I will be using them again!

French doors with integrated blinds and a cat flap fitted. Great attention to detail, perfect finish, clean and tidy afterwards. Brilliant customer service from the first contact through to the fitting - a great family company, I can't recommend them enough.

Radience Doors were excellent. They guided us through the design and choice process often suggesting ways to reduce the cost and always improving the quality. They delivered to the agreed timescales. Their installation team were polite, efficient and clean. We hardly had to clean anything after the installation was complete (a welcome surprise considering how much mess the job created during the installation).
They kept in frequent contact ensuring we were happy. We are delighted with the new door!

Could not be happier with the job Radiance doors did. They really helped us out of a jam when our old knackered door fell off it's hinges, really went above and beyond. And the new door, they quoted really competatively for a top quality product. The communication was great always felt in the loop where we were up to ect. To top it all off the finished product looks AMAZING. We love our door, people even stop in the street to tell us how good it looks. Could not be happier

I can’t recommend this Company enough. We have just had windows and new door fitted and the workmanship is excellent. The fitters are perfectionists and everything finished off to such a high standard.
They also hoover and clean up everything before they leave and you have nothing to do yourself.
From the very start with Richard and then Claire we have been kept informed at every touch and turn. I am quite a nervous person and Claire was so lovely and reassuring.
If you need new windows or doors they are the company to contact and you won’t have any problems!

This was the second time we have used Radiance Doors. The first was last year when we had them instal a new composite front door. We used them again because their customer service and workmanship is amazing. This time we had a bifold door installed, which involved widening the door opening by removing bricks, in addition to having a new window. They are a family run local company who really provide a personal friendly service and go above and beyond. Their communication and reliability are second to none and any snags are actioned without issue. I would definitely use them again in the future! Our doors look fantastic!
