We have been working with RadiantBiz for two consecutive years now, and our experience has been consistently excellent from start to finish.
They initially assisted us with setting up our UAE Free Zone company, RAYSTAR LABS ME FZE, handling the entire incorporation process from scratch. This included trade license issuance, company registration, documentation processing, coordination with the free zone authority, and compliance guidance. The entire setup process was smooth, transparent, and professionally managed at every stage.
During our first year of operations, they continued supporting us with regulatory compliance, documentation updates, and ongoing advisory assistance. Most recently, they completed our trade license renewal successfully, ensuring that all licensing requirements were updated and aligned with UAE regulations without delays or complications.
A special mention to their executive, Safa Aijaz, who remained in direct contact with me throughout the renewal process, especially over WhatsApp. She consistently followed up in a timely and professional manner, reminded us well in advance about upcoming renewal deadlines, and ensured that we did not miss any compliance requirements. This is honestly worst company ever

I needed to set up company, in the middle process they change my manager, new manager had no info about whole process. I lost 2 weeks and lot of money cause their mistake. After that troubles continues ... Setting bank account they didnt accept my request and made bank account in another bank. Lost another 2 weeks ... Highly NO RECOMMENDATION

The company is well equipped with all the services regarding Business setup, Account opening, and all other related services. They are well verse with the compliances of the government. Mr Melson was very pro active in handling our setup for business and visa process. He is hardworking and well acquainted with the system. Mr Danish and Ms Malika were also very proactive in handling my doubts and did a great job. Highly recommend their services for business opening setup in UAE.

I engaged RadiantBiz for company setup and immigration services. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely unprofessional.

RadiantBiz retained my Emirates ID after it was issued and repeatedly refused to courier it to my designated address or provide tracking, despite multiple written requests. They acknowledged having custody of the ID but would not release it.

Additionally, I paid for a second visa under our license. That visa was never processed, and the fee has not been refunded.

After these failures, RadiantBiz attempted to push additional “VIP” charges and would not release government documents unless further fees were paid. Requests to escalate the matter to management were blocked, and they refused to provide executive contact details.

Holding official UAE government documents and withholding them after service failure is unacceptable. This matter is now escalated through formal channels.

I would strongly caution any investor or business owner to exercise extreme care before engaging RadiantBiz.

We made our business setup in Dubai through RadiantBiz, and the experience was truly excellent. They guided us through every step of the process - from work visas and all other requirements.
The team was very professional, polite and reliable .

Whatever you do DO NOT use RadiantBiz to set up your company in Dubai or do your accounting services.

Once they have you locked in, they hold you ransom and extort you. They charge double to triple what other companies charge for the same services. Then they won’t give you the necessary documents or paperwork when you want to shift to another fair company just to extort you further.

STAY AWAY FROM RADIANT BIZ. All their other reviews are paid and fake.

Stay away from this agency.
My experience with them has been terrible. By law, I am entitled to access the portal of my Free Zone, but they refuse to provide me with the login credentials. Why? Because they don’t want you to manage your company’s license renewals independently — they want to force you to go through them and pay their outrageous annual fees.

I am already taking legal action against them.

Total scam. Will never trust again. Don't fall for those fake 5 star reviews people
