Ordered two cabinets for the lounge. Arrived within the time frame promised and look superb, fantastic finish and fit exactly as expected. Really couldn't ask for anything more. Delivery guys really pleasant and delivered a day early. Considering ordering another two. Thank you Radiator cabinets.

My husband and I saved for 5 years to do the work we wanted in our retirement home. sadly he died before we could embark upon it. I had boiler replaced, walls knocked down and re-plastered and as a little luxury an expensive radiator cover to hide a very ugly radiator in my hallway. All work was instigated at the same time and everything is done, but still not radiator cover. Arrived unfinished, screws supplied to fix panels went right through to the other side and the only response I got was human error. Now almost 3 months after I ordered it I still have only a front panel. I have asked for my money back with no response.

Well I finally got a response after my review and a new dispatch notice was emailed to me - unfortunately it had the wrong address on this notification so I'm not hopeful.

There web site is so helpful and easy to use the products I ordered came on time and were better quality than I thought they would be

We made an error in measuring the cabinet size but they were flexible enough to help resolve it. The final product is excellent

Ordered two cabinets recently. Company representatives were extremely helpful guiding me through how to measure correctly and ensure the specifications given for bespoke cabinets was correct. Was promised delivery in 5-6 weeks but actually arrived in two weeks. Cabinets did not disappoint. Extremely well made and now provide a great feature to our rooms doing away with ugly radiators. Could not be more pleased. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using again.

Ordered an unusually large radiator cover for my hallway, arrived in perfect condition and loved it so much, I purchased another two of a different style for my lounge.

John, was very helpful, the service was exceptional, looking around my home now for where I will place my next purchase!

I requested a quote for a bespoke cabinet with an additional shoe storage to the side. Liaised with the customer service team via whatsapp to get some guidance for measurements. I provided the measures immediately, I waited to hear back, chasing multiple times for a response - my messages got completely ignored and no quote was ever given.
It’s now been 10 days since the request.
Complete disappointment.

Dreadful service, ordered 29th January 2024, despite 3 telephone calls and 2 emails re proposed delivery date no one called back and no email response therefore the order was cancelled on 27th February 2024. Out of the blue they advised delivery date of 25th June 2024!!

First of all they guided me over the phone how to fill in the dimensions etc. The cabinet arrived very quickly - just over a week. It was easy to fit (following the online video). It fits perfectly and looks great.

I have received three different mirrored made-to-measure radiator cabinets over the last few years, and they are all of excellent quality! The design is exceptional and I have received many compliments.
They are easy to install and hardy, too, withstanding considerable knocks and bumps over the years.
I was very encouraged from the offset by the prompt and helpful service, and John has always been on hand to respond to questions and made adjustments as needed.
This is why I have now placed an order for my fourth cabinet!

This company has been amazing, the customer service has been exceptional. I was unclear if I had taken the measurements correctly given this was a bespoke order and they went to great lengths to ensure I had measured accurately. They were delivered promptly, the perfect size/colour, great quality and look fantastic. Highly recommend.

I ordered a radiator cabinet for my dressing room with ornate brass grille. It was the perfect size as it was custom made and fortunately I had measured correctly. The brass grilles were delivered separately but were easy enough to fit. I had to contact the online help desk as the fixing screws to fit the grille were missing. It was after hours but an agent was still online to assist. They posted the screws out and I received them quickly. The cabinet looks great!

On ordering,the owner was very approachable and helpful when we phoned for information first.Our radiator cover arrived on time and I can honestly say it’s stunning.finished to the highest standard with attention to detail,it has really made a difference to our hall way.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an exquisite piece.
