I have never seen a bigger mess in my…

I have never seen a bigger mess in my life! Order placed on 02.02 according to their information delivery should take place in 3 to 5 working days but it didn't happen. I called them every day and I always heard that they were sorry and the delivery would be tomorrow, after the 5th call I demanded a refund of the entire amount, which I also confirmed to them by email. Since then 7 days have passed and today they sent an email that the delivery will take place on 03.03. People, do not buy anything from them if you care about time and respect because as you can see they also lack that since the customer asks for a refund and after a week instead of money sees an email with the delivery date...

No delivery no contat

Same problem as in many other reviews - the order is placed and paid several weeks ago - and nothing is delivered, they are not reachable by email or phone either.
I have not encounted such a bad service so far.
