Great service
What was great was that RadiatorsOnline advised me quickly of a delay to obtaining the product I ordered and offered option of refund or to wait for supply to come in. I opted in this case for refund and this was promptly processed. So unfortunately I did not obtain the product I wanted the service from RadiatorsOnline was very good.

Ordered on line but then not available
Item ordered as stated on website as available and it would be delivered in 1-3 working days. When called up to ask when it would be delivered, I got told it's out of stock and not available. How long would have I been waiting for! Currently awaiting my refund. Not good if working to a tight deadline, also item still on website as available, so call up and check before ordering from this site.

Complete lack of communication
Complete lack of communication, delivery was booked and my customer took a friday off work to be there to receive it, it didn’t turn up, no explanation and a very annoyed customer, then on Monday I had an email to say it was out for delivery so I had to leave the job I was doing and go and sit outside the customer house to wait for it, I emailed radiators online and they said the delivery company had sent it to the wrong depot, when I spoke to the delivery company they said they’d only received it Monday, very frustrating

Whilst the radiator and service are very good, your choice of delivery company completely undermined all the trust & good work you’d put in… the delivery company told us and you total lies regarding attempts at delivering your product, clearly that reflects on you!

Poor and Misleading information about return policy. Which is completely against consumer law.
When they refuse a return for any reason of which mine was a damaged item, check out your consumer rights for buying online.
