The website on some lockers claims it is 24 hours but after you pay you discover that is not true and they dont give your money back. Huge scam!

Unfortunately my experience was very poor and I would suggest anyone planning to use them approach with caution.
I arranged for the storage of two bags at a location claimed to be near Edinburgh train station. A location is not given until the booking is made so there is no opportunity to check this in advance. Once the booking was confirmed the location given was further than i anticipated so I requested to cancel immediately (i was travelling with a child).
Despite the website clearly stating cancellation is fine within one hour of the drop off time (mine was the next day!) I was told this was not possible but I could get a pointless voucher? When I queried this both online and with two emails I have heard nothing.
I didn’t use the booking having requested a refund. Two days later I have still had no response. Thought I’d give this route a try. Personally I wouldn’t use this company ever again but appreciate the vast majority of reviews are positive so I may just be a bit unlucky. But if you need to contact them or cancel them good luck with that.

I stored my luggage in Rome for a few hours and had a great experience. The staff member was very kind and friendly, the price was reasonable, and I felt confident that my suitcase was kept safe the whole time.

Our bag was damaged in storage
Our bag was damaged in storage. Support was very unhelpful. They refuse to do anything until we ship the damaged back to Italy - which, from where I live, could easily cost over $100.
What's even more infuriating - this company almost doubles the price they advertise by including a mandatory "Radical Protection" fee that claims to "protect you against damage, loss, or theft". But clearly this is false advertising.
Terrible experience - this company is a scam.

Best Luggage Storage in Brindisi
Daniella and Fabiola were lovely! Daniella gave us a warm welcome and helped us with our luggage check-in. This is a great location in a modern, quiet co-working space. The luggage is kept in a secure area that is watched at all times. We were offered water and coffee, and even found a quiet place to sit and rest while we waited for our Airbnb check-in nearby. The location entrance is a little tricky to find, and there are 10-12 steps to navigate before reaching the elevator to the fifth floor. But overall this was a great experience. Much better than the Radical Storage location at the Brindisi train station, which is where we originally booked. When we arrived at that location earlier that morning, we were told they could not accept any luggage that day due to construction on the building, even though we had a reservation. We should have booked at the City Center location from the start! Fabiola offered plenty of suggestions for great restaurants in the area as well. Would return any time, for luggage storage or co-working needs!
