I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Radical Storage's predatory business practices. Their app clearly advertises "Free cancellation up to 1 hour before drop-off," but this is a complete lie.
I had a reservation scheduled two weeks away, which I cancelled due to a payment error. Even though I cancelled well in advance, they refused to refund my money to my credit card. Instead, they forced a "Bag-Voucher" (credit) onto my account without my consent.
What makes it worse is that I already had an existing credit balance from a previous cancellation. Now I am stuck with double the amount of credits that I will never use as a traveler. When I contacted support, they gave me a robotic response saying I could use it for "future bookings."
This is a trap for travelers. They hold your cash hostage and force you to use their service again. If you value your money and expect a fair refund for a "Free Cancellation," DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank.

After I've paid on their site and arriving at the site, the store told us that they have recided the service.

Some locations don't exist
Booked 2 different baggage storage locations in Agadir and neither of them exist. We ended up wasting hours of our final day of holiday travelling around the city trying to find a solution. Do not use!

Great support from the store owner, but not from the technical support team at radical storage
The shop owner themselves was great. They allowed me to keep my baggage there nicely safely returned however I did directly email radicalstorage.com and never received a reply. I reached out to their chat support team who said they will look into it. investigate and get back to me, but I never heard back.
