I ordered a Omni Terminator carbon version and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. The car is brand new, exactly as described, and everything from the electronics to the extra parts was included in the box.
​Regarding the shipping, just a heads-up for international buyers: in my case, it took more than just a few days for the order to be dispatched. It wasn't 'next-day' shipping, but once it was sent, the tracking was clear and the delivery to Croatia went smoothly.
​Overall, a great shop for RC enthusiasts and gadgets. Everything arrived in perfect condition!

Same as other reviewers say. my father bought a model that showed in stock for a Christmas present. Turns out it was actually out of stock and olly wanted him to wait until 15 days for it to come off a boat from china. Here is the really bad part - my dad tried to cancel the order since it was out of stock and olly charged a ADMIN FEE to cancel the order. How on earth can you charge an admin fee for an order that you falsely advertised as in stock. I have raised with trading standards on behalf of my dad. Read the reviews and do not waste your money or time here

Ordered kbt sp kit, delivery was fine! the kit doesn't come with a manual and trying to download it has been impossible! Asked olly if he could send me a copy with the car, he agreed, car turned up (no manual) emailed about it said he would get it in the post! That was 6/7 days ago and still no manual! So in short terms ive a kit that I can't build! UPDATE So after finally getting hold of a manual that would upload and print i was finally able to build! Once built it's definitely not a 1/8 scale car, yes length wise and tires are but all the internal stuff is of 1/10 scale and not greatest of quality tbh dont think it will hold up to 1/8 electrics, it's false advertising! Wouldn't buy again

Unable to supply the rc car I bought (still for sale on website). Supplied an alternative, which I’m delighted with but I still have the invoice for the car originally purchased. Just hope I never need to make a warranty claim

Wanted an xmas present for my son unfortunately at the time the model I wanted was out of stock pretty much everywhere olly sourced an alternative and even sourced a replacement body I originally wanted.excellennt communication Fantastic service will definitely be using again. Not a great experience so far sadly. Placed an order for a MJX 10208 a couple days ago (described as Black Friday sale, a few left) to be told this morning that it's not actually in stock.
I have only been offered one alternative (an Omni Terminator alloy) and whilst a good truck, isn't quite the same VFM and is much smaller and with inferior spec electronics as a "free upgrade", tbh it's the same price more or less, or what I am assuming was an offer of a refund. Sadly I have felt compelled to accept the offer due to (in my personal experience) long paypal refund times and have no interest in waiting up to 3 weeks, and I need to get this sorted now and not await a refund at the vendors and Paypals leisure. So i'm stuck with an RC I don't really want.
I also bought some batteries elsewhere to use with the 10208 and luckily, at the last minute thankfully decided to buy 3s instead of the 4s Lipos that I was going to do. I would have been even more cross if I had purchased some 4s' to now find I can't use them and then have the hassle of sending them back. So I'm hoping what I got fit the Omni.
To be fair, Olly has kindly informed me of the mistake this morning, was apologetic and offered an alternative (even if it was only one for the same sort of price). I emailed him back this afternoon when I saw his email, but have had no reply yet. I do understand this happens, but seems to happen a LOT online to me. Accurate stock shouldn't be hard to keep on top of.
But ultimately, if I wanted a Terminator Alloy I would have ordered one. I just hope when it comes it has no problems, and also meets the needs of where I am going to run it which is why I originally ordered something larger than a mini 1:10. There's quite a bit of difference in the size between the 2 models.
There's a lot of happy customers on here so hopefully this is not representative of general service, so 3 stars so far for keeping me in the loop, but for me it's been a bit of a disappointing purchase experience so far, and I haven't even received anything yet. Sorry.

Great RC car at a reasonable price good all round service we would be buying more RC here for sure.

Controller turned up broken, spare was meant to be sent out but nothing turned up yet.

I have been thinking about taking the plunge into RC planes for a while. The XKA800 has been on my radar, and it was purely down to price that made me commit. The box arrived safely and the contents all intact. Instructions are ok, easy to set up.It is now down to my mastery in the air to see if it was all worthwhile. Thank you

The customer service and advice were first class!

Took a while to turn up but the communication was good and when ever I asked for an update I got a reply almost instantly. The car it's self is amazing for under the £300 bracket. I've only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I paid £20 for 24 hour delivery and it took 4 weeks as it went out of stock as I ordered. All in all tho I'm happy with the car

Wasn’t shipped when it said it would be and paid extra for faster shipping. Sent the wrong colour to what was requested. Car was broken when it arrived and arrived with the car on, leaking shocks/steering rack broken/missing slip pins. Would’ve sent it back but not even worth the hassle, just fixed it all myself

Had a technical issue with Flywing Huey.Olly contacted Flywing China and the problem was solved
with a replacement item.
Completely satisfied with the outcome.
