I entered my security code and the website said it would be able to get my code.
I payed my money.
The website then said it didn't have my code.
So I asked for a refund and they kept 50p of my money for this service.

Hi Fran, sorry that you did not like our service.
You had ordered a code then asked for a refund straight away before we has chance to provide the code. As our website said the code for your radio would be emailed. I emailed you asking if you still wanted the code or to go ahead with your refund but you never replied too it. Because we did have the code for your radio there is a 50p cancellation charge. This is to cover PayPal fees.
Now all our codes are provided instantly on screen as we have now added 2.4 million serial numbers and pre-codes to our online database.
