Brilliant service, we are a car dealer and we now use this company for every code we need

Dreadful service, avoid at all costs. Didn't provide code and have not issued a refund.

The company is shocking. They took my money and that was it. No code, can't get through on phone, won't respond to countless emails and live chat is non existant. Give people they're money back as your scamming people to make a quick buck. Fraudulent

They took my money and never responded! Scam! I emailed them daily since there is no phone number to call. Nothing. Scam! Do not use

They are taking your money...Not giving a right code.I sent them a lot of email but no answer.I absolutely not recommend them!!!
P.s.Yes it is true the refund was done but the communication....

I didn't receive any code and all attempts at contacting this person through email or phone calls, were ignored.
Because I paid via PayPal, I was able to make a claim.
PayPal tried to contact radiocodes.info and they too, got no response.
PayPal then made a decision in my favour and refunded my money.
So to be perfectly clear on all this,....
When PayPal tried contacting this seller, It was the No Response, and No 'Reaction' whatsoever by this seller, that forced PayPal to do the actual work of refunding.

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THIS SITE THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO TELEPHONE OR EMAIL REQUESTS WHEN YOU ASK FOR A TIME YOU CAN EXPECT THE CODE I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO MY BANK AND WILL GET A REFUND .I ALSO REPORTED THEM TO THE POLICE FOR FRAUD BE WARNED RUBBISH COMPANY.

Deserves 0 stars!! made payment Saturday!! No code received, emailed them a couple times to no response, waited until Monday so there phone line would be active and it’s still not allowing calls to come through!! I have opened up a case through PayPal as there is no other way of contacting this scamming company!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Refund was issued via PayPal with a lot of stress!! Company did not issue this refund easily!!! Phone numbers doesn’t get answered and when it does they just hang up!! Terrible

Paid for a radio code on Wednesday 5/29 (2 days ago) and haven't recieved anything from them I have even msged them asking when I should expect a response. I'm going to be filing a claim though paypal

Made the payment on Saturday- no response. No response from the phone or email - Still waiting for either the code or a refund.

Unfortunately I hadn't seen any of the reviews before. I am in the trade and have requested lots of radio codes in the past but cannot work out what the issue is with this one. I provided all the details and was then texted to ask to see the label... I removed the trim around the unit took a photo and then sent it over...that was two days ago.
I text again and telephoned the number asking if they had all the info by leaving a message...then sent another text and sent the photo again.... no text back and no call and NO CODE... there was a company called radio codes but think that was a .co.uk and not a .info like this one...maybe he iis trying to piggy back their good name Is this is a scam I dont know...all I know is that after taking the money...there has been no radio code but more importantly no contact back...this Nick is either incompetent or dishonest ...or both
I paid by paypal so will expect a refund via them.

quick update...just entered all the details on a different provider.... email through with code after 10 minutes....what a joke

I gave all the Info I had on my car and yet get i need more info email. I said i want my money back and it all goes quiet.

Never received refund in a timely manner. Unless it's like their responses I expect to get my money back any day now.

I placed my order at 1:45PM on 7/2/18, paid for it w/paypal. The code arrived at 10:01AM 7/3/18 and I now have a radio again! Well worth the $25 I spent. The reviews below that are soooo terrible don't make sense...perfect transaction! Thanks guys!!

The guys helped perfectly. I've sent the serial number of my radio, the manufacturer of the car and the £17,99 by PayPal. That's it. The first codes doesn't work because I made a mistake in the serial number. Nicholas was very helpful and after sending the correct serial I got my new codes and the first of them works reliable. Thanks a lot guys :) Now I can enjoy Easter ;) Regards from Germany.

Excellent service had my code fast and it works, I’d ignore the false reviews on here that say it’s poor, worked perfect for me and I highly recommend radiocodes.info
