I would highly recommend this company for its fast service for supplying radio codes, only took about 10-20 mins to receive the code from start to finish. Also replies to emails was very quick, informative and friendly. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I ordered a radio code for my Peugeot 206. The code arrived very speedily, and I thought " Great, good start". Then came the frustrating part of trying to input the code. I mailed and asked if the code was correct, and was told yes I had to input the 1 digit 9 times as code started with a 9, and so on ..
This didn't work and I wasted time then taking car to a garage, calling main dealers etc etc, until thankfully I found a really good company who told me that this was not and could not be the correct code. I bought the correct one from them and radio was working in minutes. I mailed radiocodes to ask for a full refund, and had no reply. I put in my complaint at paypal and only then was I refunded promptly, but no e mail of apology for my wasted time. I would not recommend or use again

I provided the information required for my Smart car's radio but they conceded that they couldn't get me the code. Fair enough, and it didn't cost me anything.

Despite saying about 30 day money-back payment & Radiocodes statement that they have refunded my payment.
Have checked all accounts and as of 21/01/2016 no refund has been received from them.
First contact with this company I found them what seemed to be helpful, But when code did not work Radiocodes would not believe anything I honestly told them.
Would never use this company or even suggest anyone to use them.
Also would have put only one star, but I have to be 100% honest & two stars is far closer. Philip Wivell.
