I am very disappointed in Radio Jar

I am very disappointed so far in Radiojar. The demo worked fine. I really had high hopes when I joined. But now that I've joined and PAID, it's nothing but problems. I have numerous problems currently and don't feel I'm getting help. I hope they will realize customer support is the battleground as there are plenty of other companies like theirs to choose from. The demo was great but the real service is not. At least not right now. Their customer support is very lacking in providing explanations and help. I will stay with them a little longer to see if they give me help with all problems I'm having with their service. The demo was great but that's not what I'm getting now!
