I ordered a vacuum cleaner in July but didn’t hear anything. I tried to contact them by email but no response. When I try to call I get disconnected.

Scammers!
They are either scam artists or completely incompetent.
I ordered a product on the 25.11.2023 (2023-04536) and cancelled it via an email conversation with one of their employees prior to shipping on the 12.12.2023. All I need is a refund, but despite emailing dozens of times and being assured I will get one, nothing has arrived. The stupid thing is it is costing their business money, as they keep spending time replying to me, but not actually processing the refund. A complete waste of everyone's time.
Do not shop here.
Edit: it is now 25.03.24. I have still not received a refund. I will be reporting this theft to the police this week. Hopefully I will be able to find a resolution that way.
Edit number 2: The order has NOT been refunded, this is a lie. The police are dealing with this now as I have reported it as a crime.
Edit number 3: it's now 30/05/2025 and I still have no refund. The police responded to the report I made after 8 months stating that "no crime had been committed", this is despite me showing evidence of paying for goods I never received and not being refunded despite being promised one in writing.
Maybe incompetent policing is the reason these scammers are able to do what they've been doing for so long, and to so many people.
In summary: useless shop, useless police force.
