Sales OK, Returns Not

In general the sales was straight forward, answered questions to get the correct product.

However a few months in i am experiencing an issue with the headset,i've been told it's very scratchy and at times difficult to understand me, i was only 50 yards from the base station and never had this issue before.
But after reading the return policy, they want a deposit of £60 to return the headset which is faulty, which i find to be a bit rude as the headset only cost £90.
So it makes you wonder if it's worth it and it doesn't state what happens to the £60 if they are faulty.
This will teach me to read all the specifics before hand, if i had i wouldn't have bothered to buy from them.
So the Sales is a positive but the returns is a negative.
