Radiotronics requested data then deleted account
Radiotronics requested for more information which i provided just to immediately cancel my order just after that. Stopped replying to my emails and banned my number on their support line too. Not a single word what happened here. What kind of experience is that? Maybe the review from 4 years back have something to do with this and this is revenge? Instead of chaging that negative experience to something good finally they made it even worse. I guess proper authorities will have to look into this case. No idea what is the purpose of such actions, really? I even dont have access to the downloads that i am entitled to nor order history.

Firstly ordered an accessory via website using PayPal. After the weekend I had a very friendly email explaining that PayPal was not working and to reorder using a different payment method.
Their website made this very simple. Simply
Clicking reorder and entering my new details.
Moments afterwards received an email again apologising and stating my product will be shipped the same day via courier.
The agent, Daizi, was helpful from order to shipping. I can’t wait to use your services again in the future!

Issue with radio programming software…
Issue with radio programming software not working with new windows software and not being informed before the sale to have the website changed after I brought this up

The software we supplied works on MS DOS or Windows 98 only. We did not and have not made any changes to the website. The website does not mention the software being Windows compatible; simply because it is not.
The fact is that the Icom F3/F4 series radios are over decades old. Therefore you should presume the software is designed to work on an operating system of that era. Perhaps trying Windows 98 or MS-DOS on a virtual machine, as we have advised.
We have been very helpful and responsive to emails. We believe we went over and above on this. It is with regret that you feel Radiotronics has not met your expectations on this occasion.
