Radiotronics Australia is an Authorised Motorola Solutions Empower Partner. Our team spends a great deal of time, money and energy on our website. Thank you for noticing.

As a Motorola Solutions Empower Partner, Radiotronics is encouraged to make available as much of the Motorola Solutions' product catalogue on our website as practically possible - including items we don't usually sell, including the item you wanted.

We do stock most of our fastest moving products ourselves, mostly for the Motorola DMR digital range. We do not claim to have everything in stock. Neither does it say that we do anywhere on our website.

There is nothing wrong with "dropshipping". We can't possibly stock every Motorola Solutions part and therefore some of our portfolio is shipped from Motorola directly. This actually has it's advantages of offering a larger selection than we otherwise could.

Not only was the item in question something we don't usually sell, we truthfully told you that we did not have it in stock and the page was outdated. No-where did the web page claim we had it "in stock" as we rarely ever show specific stock status on the website.

Nevertheless, we contacted Motorola Solutions on your behalf and found out that the part is no longer available as a kit. The individual kit parts have to be priced individually and therefore it would be impossible for Radiotronics to supply that part anyway as it no longer exists.

We helpfully provided you with a PDF parts diagram and asked you to provide the parts you need. This you seemed to take offence to and proceeded to tell us that we had wasted your time.

As a Motorola Solutions Empower Partner, the Radiotronics Australia team is fully trained by Motorola Solutions and hold certificates issued by Motorola Solutions. The part you enquired about was a "spare part" and there is no training for spare parts. Therefore it was impossible for our team to have knowledge of that or any other spare part.

Radiotronics does indeed have staff members. Operating a company like Radiotronics would be impossible without a small team. Nonetheless, we are very proud to be a small company. That means we care and often will go to extraordinary lengths for potential clients, demonstrated by us obtaining a parts diagram for you which we had no obligation to do.

In the last e-mail correspondence we received from you it was clear that there was nothing left to discuss as you had made your position clear and we had removed the part from the website, as it could not be sold anyway. It's a little odd that this episode happened around the end of August and you've waited 3-months until the end of November to write a review about it.

It is with regret you feel that Radiotronics has fallen short of your expectations. However, we feel that we dealt with this in the best way we could and was as helpful as possible. We have many hundreds of satisfied clients, partly demonstrated by our reviews, despite your assertion to the contrary, which are genuine, right here on Trustpilot.

Radiotronics is kind enough to offer user software for some UHF CB radios, free of charge.

Whilst Radiotronics can provide the tools you need to program and configure your radios, we will not help you program radios not purchased from Radiotronics.

Furthermore, we will not offer technical support for installing software, COM port issues, cable issues, driver issues, programming or updating the firmware of your two way radio(s).

It is with regret you feel that Radiotronics has fallen short of your expctations of free support on free software. However, we do, offer a comprehensive programming service for a small fee.
