As far as we can see this, this was delivered in 1/2 the time specified. You even left us 5-star positive feedback on eBay for this purchase stating "good service".
The item you purchased had 2 weeks delivery estimate as it's an "ordered on demand" item. Your order was placed on the 11th July. We received the cable from Kenwood and dispatched it on 16th July. The order was delivered to you 2 days later, on 18th July, via TNT/FedEx.
Not only did we deliver ahead of time, you paid for USPS delivery and we upgraded your delivery to premium TNT/FedEx delivery free of charge.
The only thing we can think of is that you have this purchase mixed up with another purchase.
If there is indeed a concern, please reply to the email we have sent you and I will ensure it's resolved for you.
