The sales colleague was informative and responded quickly to our questions, confirming all the information that we needed. When the item was installed this was arranged in a very flexible way and the item was installed in a professional but efficient way. The item is of a high quality and standard and it has solved a challenging problem with available confidential space.

The furniture came late and you expected me to accommodate your logistics instead of the other way round despite me not being in the office a lot. I took a weeks break to coincide with the 40 days I was advised in September on when the furniture would be ready and now I am being informed that it may be December before I get my order because they cannot accommodate my travel schedule.

Radius staff are very quick to response and clear to what I want. Delivery is prompt. The 3 box filing cabinet is suitable and good to use. Thank you

Order for a 3 seater reception bench placed 22/11/23 the item had not arrived by December. I contacted Radius and was told not until the new year however it did finally arrive in January and we are pleased with the product. It is as described and fit for purpose.
