Not even worth one star. I requested an XL dress. When it came it was tight so they were to send an XXL. Waited 2 months and got the same size. It is 6 months later and I still don’t have the dress and they asked me to pay postage on top of it. Don’t buy anything here.

TERRIBLE! The dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture. The quality of the material is awful, laughable. I wouldn't have paid $10 for it at a thrift store. You should know that this company will NOT refund you the full amount. I spent about $70 and their initial refund offer was $8. I continued to hassle them and threatened contacting the BBB. Ultimately the most I got back was $32. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I loved the dresses! My main issue is that they took over two months to arrive! I ordered the dresses at the end of February 2022 for a trip scheduled for April 20, 2022. The dresses did not arrive in time for my trip. They were at my house when I returned on April 26th.

Package says delivered but I did not get the package.

Delivery was fairly prompt.
Sizing was larger than expected.

Don’t waste your money! The products do not look like the pictures and getting a refund is impossible. I tried every way to contact their company and the most I could get was an offer of $16 compensation fee for an $80 order. And I never even saw that. Just avoid the hassle. I tried giving them every opportunity to make it right before I posted this review but got no response.

The fit and length is perfect, I bought a size L, 5’9”, 160 lbs. My only complaint is colors of the dress are more muted than the advertisement.

I wish i would have read the reviews before ordering from this company. I have been trying to contact them since I received the merchandise for return instructions and no one is returning my emails.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is Fraud.

Love the dresses order size M I usually wear size 8-10. Fit great except length too long will needed to hem I am 5'3

Quality is terrible and looks nothing like the pics on the website

I tried 4 times to cancel my order by email, as I purchased in AUD but it converted to USD which I was not prepared to pay!!
You did not reply until the order was sent.
Then it was delivered without anyone being home and left on my door step. I have requested a address to return the dresses but still not reply. Please send me a address to return the dresses for a full refund.
I am not a happy customer and will never use you again

Poor Customer Service Access

No way to get a hold of customer support to return 97 dollars worth of dresses. Says I have to contacts them first. Horrible site.

The color in person was not what I expected. The picture seemed prettier.

Everything fit great and items delivered on time

This was a horrible experience. The site keeps coming up on my facebook feed and it looks ligit, but I received a low quality dress, which was for a petite build and and two sizes too small. It took 6 weeks to come. When Infinally figures out how to get ahold of customer service. Via email only. They were of no help and finally responded to my email 6 weeks later and told me to keep the dress and they would refund $14 dollars to my account! What a joke. Never again, I learned my lesson. I threw the dress away.

I don’t normally order anything off Facebook. But I’m glad I did. The dress I ordered is beautiful and well made. I’m wearing it to a spring wedding.

The dress is awful, looks like a night dress, no shape and the material is so cheap and awful. It looked great online. I want to return it and no one is answering my emails. The dress wasn’t cheap either. Feeling ripped off. Don’t recommend.
